The company was born from the initiative of two entrepreneurs, Djalma Lúcio Pivetta and João Gilberto Ghiraldi, who were initially interested in the Domestic Utilities (UD) segment, so the original name chosen was Usual Plastic. Soon, the commercial flair of the duo takes them to the business focused on the toy market, which becomes the target of the efforts of those involved in the project.

Built in an area of ​​approximately one hundred thousand square meters on the banks of the Marechal Rondon highway in the midst of important industrial and productive centers in the state of São Paulo.
